Partner programme terms
- A referral counts when the business is new to us (no enquiry in the last 6 months), reaches us through your link or your introduction, and becomes a client within 6 months.
- You earn a £100 bonus once your client has paid us £500 in fees, plus 10% of the fees they pay us in the 12 months from their first payment. Costs the client pays directly to others, such as their domain or Cloudflare account, are not part of our fees.
- We pay by bank transfer each quarter, within 14 days of the quarter end (31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December), against your invoice, and only for payments we have received. If a client stops paying, commission stops; a refunded payment comes off your next payout.
- Your professional rules may require your client's written consent before you keep a referral fee; getting it is yours to do. To help, our quote tells your client in writing that we pay you a referral fee and how it's worked out. If your professional rules mean you'd rather not keep a referral fee, we pay it to a UK registered charity you choose instead.
- You don't quote, promise results or make claims for us, and you only introduce people who have agreed to it. We both follow UK GDPR and the email marketing rules (PECR).
- No joining fee, no targets and no exclusivity. Either of us can end the arrangement with 30 days' notice in writing. Clients you introduced before then still earn the bonus and commission for the rest of their first 12 months.
- We can change these terms with 30 days' notice. A change never reduces the bonus or commission on clients already introduced.
- These amounts are the total we pay, including any tax you need to charge on them. You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn. Moji Studio is a trading name of Moji Technologies Ltd.
